Regardless of your financial situation, the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids will work as your partner. If the full cost of a Y membership creates a financial barrier, you may apply for Financial Assistance. All Y members receive the same membership benefits, regardless of the support needed. All financial information remains confidential.

Current Member: Our Business Services team will review your submission within five business days and update your account.
New Members: Sign up as a member at your local branch and present your Financial Assistance confirmation to staff who will apply details to your account. You can also sign up online and either contact us by phone or present the confirmation on your first visit to a branch.
Non-Members: If you are not a member but wish to utilize Financial Assistance to access programs offered through the YMCA Of Greater Grand Rapids, please call us during regular business hours and we will be happy to support you.
